Aarde Craft uses high rated courier companies India or government-operated postal system India-Post. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or India-Post or on account of any factors that are beyond our control. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
In an unlikely event, if delivery has not reached for any reasons beyond the control of Aarde Craft, including but not limited to poor services of the logistics company, in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we will keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, make a full refund.
We offer a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a handicraft making defect or damage due to transportation. The replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer. All our shipments go through two levels of packaging and inspection before shipment. In case there is any damage to the rare cases, you can get a replacement. For a replacement, you shall Email us within two days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement. In your Email for replacement, you need to confirm the defects with photography with shipment package in good condition.
We will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased if in case the product you have returned is out of stock. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store within 30 days.
The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable/used item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered. Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
We will be able to accept a cancellation request any time before we ship your order. In case your credit card/debit card/bank account was already charged for the order, we shall process the refund immediately following cancellation of the order, subject to deductions for any banking transaction charges incurred by us pursuant to your order and its cancellation. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Our scheduled shipment time is 5:30 PM Monday to Saturday.
